We understand that circumstances can change unexpectedly, and sometimes it may be necessary for our customers to cancel or reschedule their appointments, bookings, or services with us. In such cases, we have established the following cancellation policy:

• For appointments cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance, there will be no charge or penalty.
• For appointments cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance, we reserve the right to charge cancellation fees:
• First offense $30
• All other late cancellations will be charged 100% of the total cost of the service.

If a customer fails to show up for a scheduled appointment without any prior notice, we reserve the right to charge a no-show fee of 100% of the total cost of the service.

In the case of events or services that require a deposit or pre-payment, the deposit or pre-payment will be forfeited if the event or service is cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance.
